Bloxblue Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP")outlines the acceptable and unacceptable use of services provided byBloxblue (“Bloxblue”, "We," "Us," "Our").By using our services, you agree to follow this AUP in full.Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your serviceswithout prior notice.

1. General Conduct

1.1 Users must use Bloxblue services responsibly,ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations,and international standards.

1.2 You are solely responsible for all actionsperformed using your service, including the content hosted,transmitted, or stored in it.

1.3 Misuse of our services to harm others orinterfere with network integrity is strictly prohibited by us.

2. Prohibited Content

2.1 Users may not upload, host, share, ordistribute content that:

Violates local, national, or international laws.
Contains or promotes child exploitation, abuse, or human trafficking.
Spreads hate speech, racism, or promotes violence.
Is defamatory, harassing, or invasive of personal privacy.
Infringes intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
Supports terrorism or organized criminal activities.

3. Network and System Abuse

3.1 Users must not engage in activities thatcould harm Bloxblue's infrastructure or services, including but notlimited to:

Launching, participating in, or facilitating Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks.
Unauthorized access, penetration testing, scanning, or hacking of systems.
Exploiting software vulnerabilities or distributing malware, spyware, or ransomware.
Circumventing security measures.

3.2 Hosting of "bulletproof" or "anonymous" services that intentionally evade legal enforcement or facilitate criminal operations is forbidden.

4. Email and Spam Policy

4.1 The following email-related activities areprohibited:

Sending bulk emails (spam).
Using Bloxblue servers for email address harvesting or dictionary attacks.
Sending deceptive or misleading email headers or metadata.

4.2 Verified abuse reports from email blacklists or third parties will result in immediate service review and possible suspension from us.

5. Resource Usage Policy

5.1 Users must not consume excessive serverresources that negatively affect the performance and stability of ourservices for others.

5.2 Prohibited behaviours include but are notlimited to:

CPU, RAM, or Disk I/O abuse.
Running mining operations for cryptocurrency without prior written approval.
Using services as a backup server or file storage platform without explicit permission.

6. Illegal and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Users may not use Bloxblue services for:

Phishing or social engineering attacks.
Distribution of counterfeit products or pirated media/software.
Unauthorized distribution of private or confidential information.
Running "command and control" systems for botnets.

7. Fair Use & Service Integrity

7.1 Bloxblue enforces fair use policies toprotect the quality and availability of services for all clients.

7.2 Users found to abuse unlimited resources,storage, or bandwidth offerings may face restrictions or termination.

8. Security Responsibilities

8.1 Users must take proactive steps to securetheir services, including:

Regular software and system updates.
Using strong, unique passwords.
Restricting unauthorized access.

8.2 Bloxblue is not responsible for data breaches or service disruptions caused by client negligence.

9. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

9.1 Bloxblue cooperates fully with lawfulrequests, court orders, subpoenas, and investigations by authorities.

9.2 In the event of a confirmed violation ofapplicable law, Bloxblue may:

Suspend or terminate the violating service.
Provide relevant data to law enforcement agencies.

10. Policy Enforcement

10.1 Bloxblue reserves the right to:

Investigate suspected violations.
Monitor network activity for signs of abuse.
Suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion.

10.2 Users may request a review if their servicesare suspended, but final decisions rest with Bloxblue.

11. Chargeback Policy

By using Bloxblue's services, youagree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute any payments made forservices rendered. If you initiate a chargeback through your paymentprovider without first attempting to resolve any issues directly withBloxblue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your accountimmediately, without notice. Additionally, you may be liable for anyfees, costs, or losses associated with the chargeback.

In the event of a chargeback,Bloxblue may take legal action to recover the outstanding amounts,and this may result in permanent termination of your access to theservices and the loss of any data stored on our platform.

If you are unsatisfied with theservices provided or experience any billing issues, please contactBloxblue support before resorting to a chargeback. We are committedto resolving disputes and will work with you to address any concernspromptly.

12. Amendments

12.1 This AUP may be revised at any time. Changesbecome effective immediately upon publication on the Bloxbluewebsite.

12.2 Continued use of services implies acceptanceof the updated AUP.
