We understand that sometimes our services may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the process of refunds as clear and transparent as possible. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for our services.
Please read this policy carefully, as it governs your eligibility for refunds and the terms of service.
1. Refund Eligibility for Game Servers and Discord Bot Hosting
1.1 Refund Period and Method for Game Servers and Discord Bot Hosting
- 48-Hour Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method if you request a refund within 48 hours of your initial payment for game servers or Discord bot hosting. This refund is processed back to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds After 48 Hours but Within 7 Days: If you request a refund after 48 hours but within 7 days, you will receive a 100% refund in credits to your Bloxblue account. This credit can be used for future services or purchases on our platform.
- Refunds After 7 Days but Within 14 Days: If a refund is requested after 7 days but within 14 days, the refund will be calculated based on the amount of time the service has been used. The used portion will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded as credits to your Bloxblue account. For example, if you used the service for 10 days and paid for 30 days, you would be refunded for 20 days with a deduction’ worth of service in credits.
2. Refund Eligibility for VPS and VDS Services
2.1 Refunds for VPS and VDS
For VPS and VDS services, we do not offer direct refunds to the payment method. However, we offer the following refund options:
- Refunds in Credits: If you request a refund for VPS or VDS services, you will receive 100% of the paid amount in credits to your Bloxblue account. These credits can be used for future purchases or services within our platform.
- Refund Period for VPS and VDS: Refunds will only be granted for VPS and VDS services if requested within 7 days from the purchase date.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refund for Game Servers and Discord Bot Hosting (Within 48 Hours): Refunds will be issued to the payment method used during purchase. Processing time for refunds to your payment method may vary depending on your payment provider, but it generally takes 3-7 business days.
- Refund in Credits for Game Servers, Discord Bot Hosting, VPS, and VDS: Refunds in the form of Bloxblue credits are processed instantly and will be applied to your account as soon as your refund request is approved. These credits can be used for any future purchases within the platform, including new services or extending existing ones.
4. Exclusions
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Any Services Beyond 14 Days: No refunds will be granted for any services requested after the 14-day/7-day refund periods.
- Any Services for Users Who Violate Our Terms: If you violate our Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Eligible Services: Any additional services or add-ons purchased that are not directly related to game hosting, Discord bot hosting, VPS, or VDS services.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Service Details: Ensure you provide the following details in your refund request:
- Account Information (e.g., username, email address)
- Service in Question (e.g., game server, VPS, VDS, bot host)
- Reason for Refund Request (optional)
- Refund Approval: Our team will review your request based on the applicable terms outlined above. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund.
6. Refund Denials
We may deny a refund request in the following situations:
- Exceeded Timeframe: If the request is made after the 14-day window for game servers, bot hosts, VPS, or VDS services.
- Non-Eligibility: If the service requested for a refund violates our Terms of Service or the service has been used in a way that violates our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
- Fraudulent Activity: If we detect any fraudulent activity or abuse related to refund requests, we reserve the right to deny refunds.
7. Refunds and Service Continuity
- If you request a refund for any service, it will result in the immediate suspension or termination of that service. You will not be able to access the hosting service for which the refund is processed once the refund is granted.
